Have been avoiding my eyes on any calendar, just can't believe it's already March! It was only a few weeks ago that I spent the weekend in the city with M, showered with roses and more roses, enjoying a romantic dinner at my favorite italian spot and exploring new places and spaces on my own, and with a new friend.
Sharing with you some photos of my first trip to The Huntington Library from that particular weekend, as a way to welcome this week, and my immediate love for the beauty of nature and history preserved at this cultural, research and educational center. And suddenly there's a longing for spring's serene season and the summer's sun and, hopefully, another visit to The Huntington soon.

Above, the baroque fountain at the end of the North Vista weighed a total of 42 tons!
Below, the Golden State Bonsai Federation Collection and the moon bridge at the Japanese garden.
Below, a glimpse upon entering and the Love for the Lotus Pavilion at the Chinese garden.
